I need help. I have problems breathing...tightness.altitude doesn't help. Hypothyroid. Super tired. I need to lose 30 pounds. But no diet helps. Can't lose any. Need a miracle is losing the weight and keeping it off. For God to help me lose it_ so I can breathe. And regain my health. I'm 64.

I'm an EMT suffering from depression. Been on the ambulance for years and feel stuck. Desire a job away from the ambulance industry if possible with a positive environment and staff. I believe God revealed something to me years ago, but that revelation hasn't come to pass as of yet.
